- Implement and drive the full styling strategy within the store, city, and region, ensuring the styling and silhouette approach becomes an integral part of the selling ceremony.
- Achieve significant growth in Women's Ready-to-Wear (WRTW) sales, develop a total look approach in transactions, and increase One-to-One (OTO) conversion rates.
- Lead by example through client engagement on the sales floor, providing on-the-spot styling advice to facilitate upselling and cross-selling.
- Create and execute action plans for styling service and silhouette topic animation in-store, utilizing all means of in-store communication to promote and develop the styling service.
- Develop looks and styling tools to mix and match collections throughout the year, with a special focus on shows during resees, to build a vision for collection launches and buying session preparation.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of competitors' novelties, fashion trends, and local needs through store visits, events, and influencer engagements.
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to track performance and implement actions to prioritize products and address slow sellers.
- Work with the visual merchandising team to ensure optimal showcasing of the silhouette approach in-store.
- Support and train retail teams in partnership with WRTW experts, retail learning, and merchandising teams, focusing on styling and providing necessary materials and tools.
- Regularly conduct styling workshops and educate the retail community on mix and match techniques to enhance the silhouette's presence in-store.
- Identify training needs and develop individual development plans for RTW experts and client advisors.
- Participate in new client advisor onboarding, focusing on styling basics.
- Support in-store client appointments and enhance the client experience daily.
- Partner with store and clienteling managers on in-store OTO preparation for collection launches and fashion activations.
- Develop elevated routines for in-store OTO preparation and animation, including timing, looks, and space setup.
- Participate in key local, regional, and EMEA events, preparing strong looks and supporting appointments to close sales with a commercial mindset.
- Create initiatives to convert RTW clients to full-silhouette clients and vice versa, recruiting within existing clients to the RTW.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant role within a strong WRTW brand.
- Proven styling and mix & match skills.
- Deep product knowledge with an advanced understanding of cuts, fits, fabrications, silhouettes, DNAs, and codes of key market players.
- Fashion-forward mindset with high trend sensibility and forecasting ability.
- Commercial and client-centric mindset with the ability to quickly understand clients' lifestyles, fashion tastes, and needs.
- Impeccable communication, public speaking, and storytelling skills.
- Team spirit and emotional intelligence to integrate harmoniously into client advisor interactions.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant role within a strong WRTW brand.
