- Implement and drive the styling strategy across the store, city, and region, ensuring the silhouette approach is integral to the selling ceremony.
- Achieve growth in women's ready-to-wear (WRTW) sales by developing a total look approach and increasing conversion rates.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, providing on-the-spot styling advice to enhance upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Develop and execute action plans for in-store styling services, including daily activations and communication strategies.
- Create and style looks that mix and match collections throughout the year, focusing on shows and collection launches.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of competitors' offerings, fashion trends, and local market needs through regular store visits and influencer engagement.
- Collaborate with merchandising to track performance and implement strategies to prioritize products and improve sell-through rates.
- Support and train retail teams in partnership with WRTW experts, focusing on styling and providing necessary materials and workshops.
- Enhance the fashion client experience by partnering with store and clienteling managers for event preparation and client conversion initiatives.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in selling and styling within a strong WRTW brand.
- Deep product knowledge with an advanced understanding of cuts, fits, fabrication, and market trends.
- Proven styling and mix & match skills.
- Fashion-forward mindset with high trend sensibility and forecasting ability.
- Commercial and client-centric mindset with the ability to understand clients' lifestyles and fashion needs.
- Impeccable communication, public speaking, and storytelling skills.
- Strong team spirit.
Minimum 5 years of selling and styling experience in a strong women's ready-to-wear brand.
