- Drive regional sales targets and enhance Ready-to-Wear penetration while ensuring an elevated client experience.
- Develop store selling associates and support client experiences, including zone events and personalized hosting.
- Collaborate with store leaders, Regional Merchandising Director, and Regional Client Relations & Development teams on client relations strategies.
- Influence key internal business partners and high-profile clients to grow the business through bespoke styling and client recruitment.
- Enhance the knowledge of retail teams and leaders on brand history, competitors, and new product launches.
- Maintain industry awareness and leverage luxury expertise to inspire creative selling strategies and client engagement.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or independent styling.
- Proven track record in developing authentic and lasting client relationships.
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
- Elevated and sophisticated communication skills.
- Passion for the fashion and luxury goods industry.
- Dynamic and client-focused approach.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or independent styling is required.
