1. Drive regional sales targets and enhance Ready-to-Wear penetration while ensuring an elevated client experience.
2. Develop store selling associates and support client experiences, including zone events and personalized hosting.
3. Collaborate with store leaders, Regional Merchandising Director, and Regional Client Relations & Development teams on client relations strategies.
4. Influence key internal business partners and high-profile clients to grow the business through bespoke styling and client recruitment.
5. Enhance the knowledge of retail teams and leaders on brand history, competitors, and new product launches.
6. Maintain industry awareness and leverage luxury expertise to inspire creative selling strategies and client engagement.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or independent styling.
2. Proven track record in developing authentic and lasting client relationships.
3. Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
