3. Stay fully informed about menu offerings, operating hours, and promotions to assist guests accurately.
4. Support the team with other duties as assigned by the Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

1. At least 2 years of experience in high-end hotel or fine dining service environments
2. Experience assisting VIP guests and providing attentive, personalized service
3. Solid command of written and spoken English
4. Flexible availability, including weekends and special event days as needed

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with team members
2. Detail-focused, able to stay composed under pressure, and eager to find practical solutions
