1. Manage the reservation process through Catch Table, confirming bookings, assigning tables, and accommodating VIP and group requests seamlessly.
2. Communicate guest needs, special requests, or complaints promptly to management to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
3. Greet guests with genuine hospitality, coordinate bookings, and guide them to their seats for a smooth and pleasant arrival.
4. Stay fully informed about menu offerings, operating hours, and promotions to assist guests accurately.
5. Support the team with other duties as assigned by the Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

1. At least 2 years of experience in high-end hotel or fine dining service environments.
2. Experience assisting VIP guests and providing attentive, personalized service.
3. Solid command of written and spoken English.
4. Flexible availability, including weekends and special event days as needed.
