- Solid command of written and spoken English
- Detail-focused, able to stay composed under pressure, and eager to find practical solutions
- Flexible availability, including weekends and special event days as needed
- Enthusiastic about creating outstanding guest experiences and upholding the LV standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in using reservation systems like Catch Table
- Ability to manage VIP and special guest requests effectively
- Knowledge of menu offerings and promotions
