1. Serve as the primary contact for all facility-related matters, coordinating daily operations of HVAC, electrical, lighting, elevators, plumbing, water, fire systems, and security systems in collaboration with the department store.
2. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fire codes, and internal procedures, organizing drills, audits, and risk-prevention initiatives.
3. Supervise the Facility & Security team and outsourced staff, overseeing service quality and managing schedules to align with luxury service standards.
4. Act as the liaison between the brand and the department store’s facility management team to resolve structural issues and coordinate repairs.
5. Collaborate with Retail, F&B, and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure facility readiness for events and seasonal adjustments.
6. Monitor utility consumption and support energy-saving and waste-reduction initiatives.

1. Minimum 10 years of relevant facility management experience, preferably in luxury retail or hospitality.
2. Strong working knowledge of building infrastructure.

3. Good command of English for internal reporting and vendor management.

A minimum of 10 years in facility management, with oversight of multi-story commercial buildings, preferably in the luxury retail or hospitality industry.
