Louis Vuitton Facility & Security Manager

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all facility-related matters, coordinating daily operations of HVAC, electrical, lighting, elevators, plumbing, water, fire systems, and security systems in partnership with the department store.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fire codes, and internal operational procedures, organizing drills, audits, and risk-prevention initiatives.
- Directly supervise the Facility & Security Senior Specialist and outsourced staff, overseeing service quality, managing schedules, and providing on-site leadership to align with luxury service standards.
- Act as the key interface between the brand and the department store’s facility management team to resolve structural issues and coordinate repairs.
- Partner with Retail, F&B, and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure facility readiness for store events and seasonal adjustments.
- Track utility consumption, manage minor repairs, and support energy-saving and waste-reduction initiatives.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant facility management experience, including oversight of multi-story commercial buildings, preferably in luxury retail or hospitality industry.
- Health & safety, fire protection, or facilities management certifications preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of building infrastructure.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, calm under pressure, and highly organized.
- Good command of English for internal reporting and vendor management.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant facility management experience, particularly in overseeing multi-story commercial buildings within the luxury retail or hospitality sectors.
