1. Plan and support repair and maintenance activities for assigned stores, acting as the first responder to store needs.
2. Prepare and manage spending documentation, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and planning for store projects and minor works.
3. Handle internal facilities management documentation and systems, ensuring all certifications and licenses are valid.
4. Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company standards, safety, and security policies.
5. Coordinate with vendors to provide facilities-related services, demonstrating strong negotiation skills.
6. Control electricity consumption and implement energy-saving strategies.
7. Support internal and external departments with information on store fixtures and hardware.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

1. Degree in Interior Design or Architecture preferred
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles
