1. Provide 2D and 3D eyewear designs with a focus on industrialization.
2. Draft marking plans and bills of materials in collaboration with the Material Engineer.
3. Collaborate with the Buyer to work from a 'Design to Cost' and 'Design for Assembling' perspective.
4. Conduct timely risk analysis on new projects with the QA Engineer.
5. Define technical details and schedules for internally made prototypes, ensuring the provision of non-standard materials such as acetates, lenses, and hinges.

1. 7+ years of experience in similar positions.
2. Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
3. High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.

1. Proficiency in 2D and 3D design programs such as Autocad, Rhino, and Catia.
2. In-depth knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Ability to manage multiple demands and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent teamwork capabilities.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
