1. Provide 2D and 3D eyewear design with a focus on industrialization
2. Draft marking plans and bills of materials in collaboration with the Material Engineer
3. Work from a 'Design to Cost' and 'Design for Assembling' perspective in collaboration with the Buyer
4. Conduct timely risk analysis on new projects in collaboration with the QA Engineer
5. Define technical details and schedule for prototypes, ensuring provision of non-standard materials

1. 7+ years of experience in similar positions
2. Fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus
3. High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree

1. Knowledge of 2D and 3D programs (Autocad, Rhino, Catia)
2. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
4. Ability to handle multiple demands and priorities
5. Problem-solving skills
6. Strong teamwork abilities

At least 5 years of relevant experience.

High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
