6. Possess deep expertise in the Ready-to-Wear category to handle demanding client situations.
7. Act proactively to support the Team Manager in business development and contribute significantly to sales.
8. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser to ensure optimal display of the Ready-to-Wear category.
9. Serve as a reference point for the Ready-to-Wear category in-store, inspiring colleagues with product passion.
10. Partner with the Field Coach Trainer to enhance selling skills and product knowledge within the store.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
