1. Provide expertise and comprehensive advice on the Ready-to-Wear category to clients.
2. Act as a style advisor, assessing clients' styles and matching them with product recommendations.
3. Participate in activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
4. Develop extensive brand and product knowledge in the Ready-to-Wear category.
5. Be an ambassador and role model for the Ready-to-Wear category.
6. Master deep knowledge of the Ready-to-Wear category and handle demanding client situations.
7. Contribute to sales and business development.
8. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser to ensure proper display of the category.
9. Serve as a reference point for the Ready-to-Wear category in the store.
10. Partner with the Field Coach Trainer to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
