1. Serve as the primary resource for selling and clienteling techniques within the Women's Shoes category.
2. Collaborate with management to provide feedback and drive business strategies.
3. Communicate corporate strategy and business information through briefings, trainings, and coaching sessions.
4. Observe and support team members during the selling process, introducing the product category effectively.
5. Lead by example in managing a personal portfolio of clients and demonstrating exceptional clienteling skills.
6. Develop and maintain product expertise, particularly in Women's Shoes.
7. Drive in-store business for the Women's Shoe category.
8. Conduct product training and oversee new product launches.
9. Foster client development and maintain strong client relationships.

1. Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and Women's Shoes category.
2. Proven ability to be a sales leader and top seller in the category.
3. Experience in building positive client relationships.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Hourly rate of USD $27-33, plus commission opportunities.
