1. Serve as the primary contact in-store for expertise in selling and clienteling techniques related to Women's Shoes.
2. Collaborate with management to provide feedback and drive business growth.
3. Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team through briefings, training, and coaching.
4. Observe and support the team during the selling process, introducing the Women's Shoe category.
5. Lead by example in managing a personal client portfolio and demonstrating exceptional clienteling skills.
6. Maintain and share product expertise, focusing on driving the Women's Shoe business in-store.
7. Conduct product training and manage new product launches.
8. Develop and nurture client relationships.

1. Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and Women's Shoes category.
2. Proven track record as a sales leader, consistently achieving top sales in the category.
3. Demonstrated ability to foster positive client relationships.
4. Outstanding product knowledge in Women's Shoes.
5. Strong analytical and commercial skills.

2. Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
3. Proficiency in clienteling and sales techniques.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.

Hourly rate of USD $27-33 plus commission opportunities.
