1. Serve as the primary expert in Women's Ready-to-Wear, providing specialized knowledge and guidance to clients and team members.
2. Drive in-store business growth for the Women's Ready-to-Wear category.
3. Conduct product training sessions and manage new product launches.
4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
5. Communicate corporate strategies and relevant business information to the team through briefings, training, and coaching.
6. Lead by example in managing a personal portfolio of clients and demonstrating superior clienteling skills.

1. Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and Women's Ready-to-Wear category.
2. Proven track record of being a top seller in a luxury retail environment.
3. Strong storytelling and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to foster positive client relationships and demonstrate exceptional product knowledge.
5. Analytical and commercial acumen.

Minimum of 5 years in a luxury retail environment, with a focus on client advisory and sales.

Hourly rate between USD $25-33, plus commission opportunities.
