1. Serve as the primary expert in Women's Ready-to-Wear, providing specialized knowledge and guidance to clients and team members.

3. Conduct product training sessions and manage new product launches.
4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
5. Communicate corporate strategies and relevant business information to the team through briefings, training, and coaching.
6. Lead by example in managing a personal portfolio of clients and demonstrating superior clienteling skills.

2. Proven track record of being a top seller in a luxury retail environment.
