1. Serve as a brand ambassador with a focus on Women's Ready-to-Wear, ensuring clients receive exceptional service in line with the Louis Vuitton Promise.
2. Drive the Women's Ready-to-Wear business in-store, maintaining a leadership position in sales.
3. Provide product training and facilitate new launches.
4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating outstanding clienteling options.
5. Communicate corporate strategies and relevant business information to the team through briefings, trainings, and coaching.
6. Assist in observing the team during the selling ceremony and partner with them to introduce the product category.
7. Manage a personal portfolio of clients, leading by example in clienteling techniques.

1. Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and its exceptional categories.
2. High level of storytelling and excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Demonstrated sales leadership, consistently being a top seller in the category.
4. Experience in fostering positive client relationships and outstanding product knowledge in Exotics.
5. Analytical and commercial acumen.

5. Proficiency in clienteling techniques.

Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.

Hourly rate ranging from USD$25-33, with commission opportunities.
