1. Act as the primary in-store expert for Women's Ready-to-Wear, providing exceptional client service.
2. Drive sales and client engagement in the Women's Ready-to-Wear category.
3. Conduct product training and facilitate new product launches.
4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.
5. Communicate corporate strategies and business information to the team.
6. Lead by example in managing a personal portfolio of clients.

1. Proven track record in luxury retail, preferably in Women's Ready-to-Wear.
2. Demonstrated ability to lead sales initiatives and achieve top seller status.
3. Strong analytical and commercial skills.
4. Experience in client development and relationship management.

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, with a focus on Women's Ready-to-Wear.

Hourly rate of USD $27/hr - $33/hr, plus commission opportunities.
