1. Serve as a brand ambassador with a focus on Women's Ready-To-Wear, ensuring clients receive an exceptional experience in line with the Louis Vuitton Promise.
2. Identify and fulfill client needs while guiding them across the brand's offerings.
3. Demonstrate and convey passion for the product in every client interaction.
4. Act as the in-store expert for selling and clienteling techniques specific to the Women's Ready-To-Wear category.
5. Collaborate with management to provide feedback and drive business objectives.
6. Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team through briefings, trainings, and coaching.
7. Lead by example in managing a personal client portfolio and showcasing exemplary clienteling options.
8. Drive the Ready-To-Wear business in-store and lead product training and new launches.
9. Develop and maintain positive client relationships and demonstrate outstanding product knowledge.

1. Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and Women's Ready-To-Wear category.
2. Proven track record as a sales leader, consistently achieving top sales in the category.
3. Experience in fostering positive client relationships.
4. Demonstrated ability to communicate corporate strategies effectively.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.

An hourly rate within the range of USD $30-36 plus commission opportunities.
