1. Serve as a brand ambassador with a focus on Women's Ready-to-Wear, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
2. Guide clients across the brand, understanding and fulfilling their needs.
3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and convey passion for the product in every interaction.
4. Act as the in-store expert for selling and clienteling techniques specific to Women's Ready-to-Wear.
5. Partner with management to provide feedback and drive business forward.
6. Communicate corporate strategies and business information to the team through briefings, trainings, and coaching.
7. Observe and assist the team during the selling ceremony, introducing the product category.
8. Manage a personal portfolio of clients, demonstrating outstanding clienteling options.
9. Drive the Exotics business in-store and lead product training and new launches.
10. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
