1. Serve as a brand ambassador, focusing on the Ready-to-Wear category, ensuring exceptional client experiences in alignment with the Louis Vuitton Promise.
2. Identify and fulfill client needs, guiding them through the brand's offerings with passion and expertise.
3. Act as the primary resource in-store for selling and clienteling techniques specific to the Ready-to-Wear category.
4. Collaborate with management to provide feedback and drive business objectives.
5. Communicate corporate strategies and business information to the team through briefings, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching.
6. Lead by example in managing a personal portfolio of clients, showcasing exemplary clienteling practices.
7. Conduct product training and facilitate new product launches.
8. Drive the Ready-to-Wear business in-store through strategic initiatives and client development.

2. Proven track record as a sales leader, consistently achieving top sales in the category.
3. Experience in fostering positive client relationships and demonstrating extensive product knowledge.
4. Strong analytical and commercial acumen.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, with a focus on client development and sales leadership.

Hourly rate ranging from USD $28-$35, plus commission opportunities.
