1. Serve as a brand ambassador with a focus on the Women's Ready-to-Wear category, ensuring exceptional client service in line with the Louis Vuitton Promise.
2. Discover and fulfill client needs, guiding them through the brand's offerings to deliver unparalleled client experiences.
3. Demonstrate and convey passion for products in every client interaction.
4. Act as the primary resource for selling and clienteling techniques within the specific category.
5. Collaborate with management to provide feedback and drive business growth.
6. Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team through briefings, trainings, and coaching.
7. Observe and support team members during the selling ceremony, introducing the product category.
8. Lead by example in managing a personal client portfolio and showcasing exemplary clienteling practices.

1. Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and Women's Ready-to-Wear category.
2. Proven track record as a sales leader, consistently achieving top seller status in the category.
3. Experience in fostering positive client relationships and demonstrating exceptional product knowledge.
4. Strong analytical and commercial acumen.

4. Proficiency in clienteling and sales techniques.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.

Hourly rate between USD $28-$35, with potential for commission.
