- Act as a style advisor, assessing client preferences and recommending suitable products.

- Develop comprehensive knowledge of the Maison and its products.
- Adhere to Louis Vuitton's grooming and behavioral standards.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Serve as an ambassador for the Women's Ready-to-Wear category, demonstrating passion and enthusiasm.
- Master product knowledge and handle demanding client situations with expertise.
- Lead clienteling efforts, focusing on local client development.
- Maintain awareness of competitors and market trends.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser to ensure optimal category display.
- Support the Team Manager with feedback on product performance and client insights.
- Act as a reference point for category knowledge in-store, inspiring others.
- Partner with the Field Coach Trainer to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
- Exceptional client service and communication skills.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-building abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of fashion and style advisory.
- Proficiency in leveraging clienteling tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent product knowledge and the ability to convey it effectively.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail, specifically in a client advisory role, is required.
