- Serve as an ambassador for the women's ready-to-wear category, demonstrating passion and enthusiasm.
- Develop deep product knowledge and handle demanding client situations with expertise.
- Lead clienteling efforts, focusing on local client development.
- Stay informed about competitors and market trends.
- Contribute to business development and sales growth, collaborating with the Team Manager.
- Ensure optimal product display in collaboration with the Visual Merchandiser.
- Provide feedback to the Team Manager on product performance and market insights.
- Act as a reference point for the category, inspiring and educating the store team.
- Partner with the Field Coach Trainer to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field.
- Exceptional client service and relationship management skills.
- Strong knowledge of fashion and style, particularly in women's ready-to-wear.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in using clienteling tools and techniques.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field is required.
