1. Serve as a brand ambassador with a special focus on Women's Ready-to-Wear.
2. Ensure exceptional client experiences in alignment with the Louis Vuitton Promise.
3. Guide clients across the brand, understanding and fulfilling their needs.
4. Act as the in-store expert for selling and clienteling techniques related to the category.
5. Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team.
6. Conduct product training and oversee new launches.
7. Drive the Ready-to-Wear business in-store.
8. Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients, demonstrating outstanding clienteling skills.

1. Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and Women's Ready-to-Wear category.
2. Proven track record as a sales leader and top seller in the category.
3. Experience in fostering positive client relationships.
4. Strong product knowledge in luxury fashion.
5. Analytical and commercial acumen.

1. Excellent storytelling and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to lead and coach a team.
3. Strong communication skills for conveying corporate strategies.
4. Proficiency in client development and retention.
5. Capability to manage and grow a client portfolio.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.

Hourly rate of USD $27-33 plus commission opportunities.
