1. Serve as a brand ambassador, focusing on the Women's Ready-to-Wear category, and ensure clients receive exceptional service in line with the Louis Vuitton Promise.
2. Drive sales and maintain a leadership position in the category, consistently achieving top seller status.
3. Develop and nurture positive client relationships, demonstrating outstanding product knowledge, particularly in Exotics.
4. Act as the in-store expert for selling and clienteling techniques specific to the category, providing guidance and support to team members.
5. Communicate corporate strategies and business information to the team through briefings, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching.
6. Lead by example in managing a personal portfolio of clients and showcasing exemplary clienteling practices.
7. Assist in the observation and coaching of team members during the selling ceremony, introducing the product category effectively.
8. Contribute to driving the Exotics business in-store and support product training and new launches.
9. Partner with management to provide feedback and drive business growth.
