1. Serve as the in-store expert for Watches & Jewelry, providing guidance on selling and clienteling techniques.
2. Collaborate with management to drive business forward, offering feedback and strategic insights.
3. Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team through briefings, trainings, and coaching.
4. Observe team interactions during the selling ceremony and introduce product categories to clients.
5. Lead by example in managing a personal portfolio of clients and demonstrating exceptional clienteling skills.
6. Maintain product expertise and drive the Watches & Jewelry business in-store.
7. Conduct product training and facilitate new product launches.
8. Develop and nurture client relationships.

1. Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and its Watches & Jewelry category.
2. Proven track record as a sales leader and top seller in the category.
3. Experience in building and maintaining positive client relationships.
4. Demonstrated product knowledge and expertise in the chosen field.
5. Strong analytical and commercial abilities.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, specifically in Watches & Jewelry.

Hourly rate between USD $25-29, plus commission opportunities.
