1. Serve as the primary resource in-store for selling and clienteling techniques related to Watches & Jewelry.
2. Collaborate with management to provide feedback and drive business objectives.
3. Communicate corporate strategies and business information through briefings, trainings, and coaching sessions.
4. Lead by example in managing a personal portfolio of clients and demonstrating exceptional clienteling skills.
5. Ensure product expertise and drive the Watches & Jewelry business in-store.
6. Facilitate product training and support new product launches.
7. Develop and maintain client relationships to enhance brand loyalty.

1. Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and its Watches & Jewelry category.
2. Proven track record as a top seller in the luxury retail sector.
3. Experience in fostering positive client relationships.
4. Demonstrated product knowledge and commercial acumen.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, with a focus on client development and sales leadership.

Hourly rate of USD $28-32, with commission opportunities.
