1. Serve as the primary in-store expert for Watches & Jewelry, offering guidance on selling and clienteling techniques.
2. Collaborate with management to provide feedback and drive business growth.
3. Communicate corporate strategy and business updates to the team through briefings, trainings, and one-on-one coaching.
4. Observe and support team members during the selling process, introducing the Watches & Jewelry category.
5. Lead by example in managing a personal portfolio of clients and demonstrating exceptional clienteling skills.
6. Drive in-store Watches & Jewelry business and ensure product expertise.
7. Facilitate product training and manage new product launches.
8. Develop and nurture client relationships.

1. Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and its Watches & Jewelry category.
2. Proven track record as a sales leader in the luxury retail sector.
3. Strong storytelling and interpersonal skills.
4. Experience in fostering positive client relationships.
5. Demonstrated product knowledge in Watches & Jewelry.

Hourly rate of USD $28-32, plus commission opportunities.
