1. Serve as a brand ambassador with a special focus on the Watches & Jewelry, High End category.
2. Lead sales efforts in Watches & Jewelry, while also promoting cross-category sales.
3. Provide market data, feedback, and industry trends to management.
4. Cultivate and develop trusted relationships with clients to enhance brand loyalty.
5. Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team through briefings and coaching.
6. Assist in team observation during the selling ceremony and introduce the product category.
7. Manage a personal portfolio of clients, demonstrating exceptional clienteling skills.

1. Minimum of 3 years of management experience in luxury retail.
2. Proven track record of cultivating and growing successful client relationships.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of management experience within the luxury retail segment, specifically in Watches & Jewelry.

Hourly rate of USD $30/hr - $34/hr plus commission opportunities.
