1. Serve as the primary expert for Men's Watches and Jewelry, addressing technical inquiries and enhancing clienteling techniques.
2. Provide comprehensive style and technical advice, supporting team members in driving the Men's Watches and Jewelry business in-store.
3. Analyze business performance, set and achieve monthly targets.
4. Collaborate with management, offering feedback on product performance, client insights, and market trends.
5. Implement action plans to enhance business performance through visual merchandising, clienteling, and team engagement.
6. Conduct product training and communicate corporate strategies during briefings and coaching sessions.
7. Observe sales interactions, introduce product categories, and identify high-potential clients.
