- Serve as the primary in-store contact for selling and clienteling techniques specific to Watches and Jewelry.
- Collaborate with management to provide feedback and drive business initiatives.
- Communicate corporate strategies and business information through briefings, trainings, and one-on-one coaching.
- Observe and support team members during the selling process, introducing the Watches and Jewelry category.
- Lead by example in managing a personal portfolio of clients and demonstrating exceptional clienteling skills.

Hourly rate ranging from USD $28-$35, plus commission opportunities.
