1. Serve as a brand ambassador with a specialized focus on Watches & Jewelry.
2. Ensure each client receives exceptional service in line with the Louis Vuitton Promise.
3. Discover and understand client needs to guide them across the brand's offerings.
4. Deliver outstanding client experiences and convey passion for the products.
5. Act as the in-store expert for selling and clienteling techniques related to Watches & Jewelry.
6. Collaborate with management to provide feedback and drive business growth.
7. Communicate corporate strategy and business information through briefings, trainings, and coaching.
8. Observe and assist team members during the selling process, introducing product categories.
9. Manage a personal portfolio of clients, demonstrating exemplary clienteling practices.

1. Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and its Watches & Jewelry category.
2. Proven track record as a sales leader and top seller in the category.
3. Experience in fostering positive client relationships.
4. Outstanding product knowledge in Watches & Jewelry.
5. Strong analytical and commercial acumen.

2. Ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
3. Proficiency in client development and clienteling techniques.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector, with a focus on Watches & Jewelry.

Hourly rate between USD $28-$35, plus commission opportunities.
