1. Serve as the primary point of contact in-store for Watches & Jewelry sales and clienteling techniques.
2. Collaborate with management to provide feedback and drive business objectives.
3. Communicate corporate strategies and business information through briefings, trainings, and coaching.
4. Observe and support team members during sales interactions, introducing the Watches & Jewelry category.
5. Lead by example in managing a personal client portfolio and demonstrating exceptional clienteling practices.
6. Maintain and share product expertise, driving the Watches & Jewelry business in-store.
7. Conduct product training and facilitate new product launches.
8. Develop and nurture client relationships.

Hourly rate ranging from USD $28-$35, with commission opportunities.
