- Serve as the primary in-store expert for Watches and Jewelry, addressing technical inquiries and offering guidance on sales and clienteling techniques.
- Provide comprehensive advice and support to team members, driving the Watches and Jewelry business in-store.
- Analyze business performance and implement strategies to meet monthly targets.
- Collaborate with management to provide feedback on product performance, client information, market trends, and potential opportunities.
- Develop and execute action plans to enhance business performance through visual merchandising, clienteling, training, and team engagement.
- Utilize product expertise to communicate corporate strategy and business information through briefings, trainings, and coaching.

- Lead the development and implementation of clienteling strategies for the Watches and Jewelry category, managing a personal client portfolio with exemplary clienteling actions.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or a related field.

- Proficiency in client relationship management.
