1. Serve as the primary resource for selling and clienteling techniques related to the Watches & Jewelry category.
2. Collaborate with management to provide feedback and drive business objectives.
3. Communicate corporate strategies and business information through briefings, trainings, and coaching sessions.
4. Observe and support team members during the selling process, introducing the Watches & Jewelry category.
5. Lead by example in managing a personal portfolio of clients, demonstrating exceptional clienteling skills.
6. Maintain and expand product expertise, particularly in Watches & Jewelry.
7. Drive in-store business growth for the Watches & Jewelry category.
8. Conduct product training sessions and manage new product launches.
9. Develop and nurture client relationships.

2. Proven track record as a sales leader, consistently achieving top sales in the category.

Hourly rate between USD $30-36, with commission opportunities.
