1. Serve as the primary in-store expert for Watches & Jewelry, providing guidance on selling and clienteling techniques.
2. Collaborate with management to drive business growth and communicate corporate strategies to the team.
3. Conduct morning briefings, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching to disseminate relevant business information.
4. Observe and assist the team during the selling process, introducing the Watches & Jewelry category to clients.
5. Lead by example in managing a personal portfolio of clients and showcasing exceptional clienteling skills.

2. Proven track record as a top seller in the luxury retail sector.

Minimum of 3 years in luxury retail, with a focus on client advisory roles.

Hourly rate between USD $30-36, plus commission opportunities.
