1. Serve as the primary in-store expert for Watches & Jewelry, providing guidance on selling and clienteling techniques.
2. Collaborate with management to drive business growth and communicate corporate strategies.
3. Conduct product training sessions and facilitate new product launches.
4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, leading by example in clienteling practices.
5. Manage a personal portfolio of clients, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and sales leadership.

2. Proven track record as a top seller in Watches & Jewelry.
3. Strong interpersonal and storytelling skills.
4. Ability to foster positive client relationships.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

Hourly rate of USD$30-36 plus commission opportunities.
