1. Serve as a brand ambassador with a focus on Ready-to-Wear, ensuring exceptional client experiences in alignment with the Louis Vuitton Promise.
2. Drive the Ready-to-Wear business in-store, maintaining top sales performance in the category.
3. Provide product expertise and lead product training and new launches.
4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating outstanding clienteling skills.
5. Act as the primary resource for selling and clienteling techniques within the Ready-to-Wear category.
6. Collaborate with management to provide feedback and drive business strategies forward.
7. Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team through briefings, trainings, and coaching.
8. Lead by example in managing a personal portfolio of clients.

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury fashion sales, preferably in a leadership or specialized role.

Hourly rate of USD $26-$30 with commission opportunities.
