1. Serve as a brand ambassador with a focus on the Watches & Jewelry, High End category.
2. Lead sales efforts in the Watches & Jewelry category while supporting sales across the brand.
3. Provide market data, feedback, and industry trends to management.
4. Cultivate and develop trusted relationships with clients to enhance brand loyalty.
5. Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team through briefings and coaching.
6. Assist in team observation during selling ceremonies and support product category introductions.
7. Manage a personal portfolio of clients and demonstrate exceptional clienteling techniques.

1. Proven management experience in luxury retail with a focus on client relationship cultivation.
2. Expertise in Watches & Jewelry, High End product category.
3. Strong communication and storytelling skills.

Minimum of 3 years in a luxury retail environment, specifically within the Watches & Jewelry sector.

Hourly rate of USD $30/hr - $34/hr plus commission opportunities.
