1. Serve as a brand ambassador with a focus on the Men's Shoes category.
2. Lead sales efforts in Women's shoes while supporting cross-category sales.
3. Provide market data, feedback, and industry trends to management.
4. Cultivate and develop trusted relationships with clients to enhance brand loyalty.
5. Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team.
6. Conduct morning briefings, trainings, and 1:1 coaching sessions.
7. Observe and assist the team during the selling ceremony.
8. Manage a personal portfolio of clients and demonstrate exemplary clienteling techniques.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail management.
2. Expertise in cultivating and growing client relationships.
3. Strong understanding of market trends and client profiles.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury retail segment is required.

Hourly rate ranging from USD $27/hr - $33/hr, plus commission opportunities.
