1. Serve as the primary expert in Men's Ready-To-Wear, providing exceptional product knowledge and clienteling techniques.
2. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring each client receives the highest level of service according to the Louis Vuitton Promise.
3. Lead sales initiatives and consistently achieve top sales performance in the category.
4. Facilitate product training and new launches, ensuring the team is well-informed and motivated.
5. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, enhancing client loyalty and satisfaction.
6. Communicate corporate strategy and business updates to the team through briefings, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching.
7. Observe and support the team during selling ceremonies, providing guidance and expertise.

1. Proven track record in luxury retail, specifically in Men's Ready-To-Wear.
2. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
3. Strong analytical and commercial skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal and storytelling abilities.

1. Exceptional product knowledge in Men's Ready-To-Wear.
2. Proficient in clienteling and sales techniques.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to train and motivate a team.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail, with a focus on Men's Ready-To-Wear.

Hourly rate of USD $27-33, plus commission opportunities.
