6. Drive commercial performance of the category in-store.
7. Analyze and drive product category forward, aware of targets and KPIs.
8. Partner with the manager to provide feedback to Head Office.
9. Create and implement action plans to maximize product performance.
10. Support and train the store team on the category.
11. Develop and implement clienteling strategies and action plans.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
