1. Serve as a brand ambassador with a focus on Men's Ready-to-Wear, ensuring exceptional client experiences in line with the Louis Vuitton Promise.
2. Demonstrate and maintain outstanding product knowledge and expertise in the Ready-to-Wear category.
3. Drive the Ready-to-Wear business in-store through strategic client engagement and sales leadership.
4. Conduct product training and manage new launches to enhance team knowledge and performance.
5. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for clienteling techniques and category-specific inquiries.
6. Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team through briefings, trainings, and coaching sessions.
7. Lead by example in managing a personal portfolio of clients and showcasing exemplary clienteling practices.

1. Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and the Men's Ready-to-Wear category.
2. Proven track record as a sales leader in a luxury retail environment.
3. Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
4. Strong analytical and commercial acumen.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably with a focus on Ready-to-Wear.

Hourly rate between USD $28-32, with the opportunity for commission.
