- Serve as a brand ambassador with a focus on Men's Ready-to-Wear, ensuring exceptional client experiences in line with the Louis Vuitton Promise.
- Demonstrate and maintain outstanding product knowledge and expertise in the Ready-to-Wear category.
- Drive the Ready-to-Wear business in-store through strategic client engagement and sales leadership.
- Conduct product training and manage new launches to enhance team knowledge and performance.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for clienteling techniques and category-specific inquiries.
- Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team through briefings, trainings, and coaching sessions.
- Lead by example in managing a personal portfolio of clients and showcasing exemplary clienteling practices.
- Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and the Men's Ready-to-Wear category.
- Proven track record as a sales leader in a luxury retail environment.
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in clienteling and sales techniques.
- Ability to provide strategic feedback and drive business initiatives.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably with a focus on Ready-to-Wear.
Hourly rate between USD $28-32, with the opportunity for commission.
