1. Act as the primary point of contact for Men's Ready-To-Wear inquiries and clienteling techniques.
2. Collaborate with management to provide feedback and drive business growth.
3. Communicate corporate strategy and business information through briefings and coaching.
4. Lead by example in managing a personal client portfolio and demonstrating clienteling excellence.
5. Ensure product expertise and drive the Ready-To-Wear business in-store.
6. Conduct product training and manage new product launches.
7. Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

1. Proven track record in luxury retail, particularly in Men's Ready-To-Wear.
2. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
3. Strong analytical and commercial skills.

1. Exceptional storytelling and interpersonal skills.
2. Outstanding product knowledge in Men's Ready-To-Wear.
3. Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail, with a focus on Men's Ready-To-Wear.

Hourly rate between USD$27-33, plus commission opportunities.
