1. Welcome clients and provide a personalized, exceptional experience in line with the Maison’s standards.
2. Demonstrate deep technical expertise in High Jewellery, including craftsmanship, materials, gemstones, design inspiration, and styling.
3. Contribute to the collective success of the store by creating and implementing actions to proactively drive the business.
4. Lead by example as a top seller, sharing expertise and passion with team members and clients.
5. Achieve individual and team objectives, taking full accountability for the sales performance of the Jewellery category.
6. Build strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement and development.
7. Identify and engage high-potential clients, creating meaningful experiences through private appointments.
8. Drive category forward by understanding store KPIs, monthly performance, and category growth opportunities.
9. Collaborate with Team Manager and Head Office teams to provide feedback on category, client insights, market trends, and competitors.
10. Inspire the team during morning briefings and category trainings, sharing craftsmanship insights and collection inspirations.
11. Mentor and onboard new team members within the product category.

1. Proven experience in High Jewellery or Luxury Retail with advanced product and technical knowledge.
2. GIA certification is a plus.

2. Goal-oriented with a commercial mindset and strong attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build authentic and trusting relationships.
4. Strong command of English and Dutch.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in High Jewellery or Luxury Retail.
