2. Proactively recruit and engage new clients, leveraging clienteling tools to build long-term relationships.
3. Provide expert advice on product categories, assessing client style and making tailored recommendations.
4. Support team members with detailed product information when needed.
5. Act as an ambassador and role model for the watches and jewelry category, demonstrating passion and enthusiasm.
6. Develop client relationships with a focus on local clients, contributing to business development and sales.
7. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser to ensure optimal product display.
8. Maintain thorough knowledge of the competition.
9. Partner with the Team Manager to provide feedback on product performance and market trends.
10. Serve as a reference point for the watches and jewelry category, inspiring others with product passion.
11. Collaborate with the Retail Learning and Development Manager to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.

1. Passion for Louis Vuitton and deep knowledge of watches and jewelry.
2. GIA certification is preferable.
3. Professional attitude with a commercial mindset and willingness to take responsibility.

1. Excellent styling skills with a strong sense of personal style.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships.
3. Fluency in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are advantageous.
4. Agility and curiosity with a strong sense of empathy.

Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field.
