1. Achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for the sales results of the watch & jewelry category.
2. Proactively recruit new clients and manage a wide portfolio of potential clients, leveraging clienteling tools to build long-term relationships.
3. Provide expertise and comprehensive advice on the watch & jewelry category to clients, assessing their style and matching product recommendations.
4. Support team members with clients requiring detailed information.
5. Act as an ambassador and role model for the watch & jewelry category, demonstrating passion and enthusiasm.
6. Demonstrate leadership in clienteling, focusing on developing local clients for the category.
7. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser to ensure optimal display of the category.
8. Provide feedback to the Team Manager on product performance, quality, client information, market trends, and opportunities.
9. Partner with the Retail Learning and Development Manager to enhance selling skills and product knowledge in the store.

1. Passion for Louis Vuitton and deep knowledge of the watch & jewelry field.
2. GIA certification is preferable.
3. Professional attitude with a commercial mindset and willingness to take responsibility.

1. Excellent styling skills with a sense of personal style.
2. Strong interpersonal skills.
3. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is an advantage.
4. Agility and a strong sense of curiosity and empathy.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the luxury retail sector, specifically within the watch & jewelry category.
