1. Serve as an ambassador for the brand with a focus on the Watches & Jewellery category, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
2. Identify and fulfill client needs, guiding them through the brand's offerings with expertise and enthusiasm.
3. Act as the voice of the Watches & Jewellery category for clients and store team members.
4. Provide expert advice on style and technical aspects of Watches & Jewellery to clients and support team members.
5. Promote and demonstrate ownership of the Watches & Jewellery category, showcasing passion and knowledge of the competition.
6. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser to ensure optimal display of the category.
7. Support the store team by sharing product knowledge and inspiring others.
8. Partner with the Field Coach Trainer to enhance selling skills and product knowledge within the store.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

2. Strong expertise in Watches & Jewellery, including style and technical knowledge.
3. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proactive approach to business development and sales.
