2. Identify and understand client needs, guiding them through the brand's offerings to deliver unparalleled service.
3. Act as the voice and expert of the Watches & Jewellery category, both for clients and the in-store team.
4. Provide detailed and expert advice on the Watches & Jewellery category, supporting team members with client inquiries.
5. Promote the Watches & Jewellery category, demonstrating passion and comprehensive knowledge.
6. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser to ensure optimal display of the category.
7. Support the store team by sharing product knowledge and inspiring enthusiasm for the category.
8. Partner with the Field Coach Trainer to enhance selling skills and product knowledge within the store.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
