1. Achieve individual and team sales objectives for the Watches & Jewellery category.
2. Deliver exceptional client experiences and set industry standards for customer service.
3. Proactively engage with clients to build long-term relationships and expand client portfolios.
4. Provide expert advice on product categories, supporting team members with detailed client inquiries.
5. Serve as a style advisor, tailoring product recommendations to client preferences.
6. Contribute to store objectives as a collaborative team player.
7. Act as a brand ambassador, sharing the Louis Vuitton story and product knowledge.
8. Uphold company policies, procedures, and best practices.
9. Demonstrate leadership in clienteling and category ownership.
10. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and market competition.
11. Collaborate with Visual Merchandisers to ensure optimal product displays.
12. Partner with the Team Manager to provide feedback on product performance and market trends.
13. Support in-store training and development of peers in product knowledge and selling skills.

2. Expertise in Watches & Jewellery sales, including premium and high-end products.
3. Commitment to delivering exceptional client services.
4. Curiosity and eagerness for continuous learning.
5. GIA or FHH certification preferred.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin preferred.
3. Professional attitude with a commercial mindset.
4. Entrepreneurial spirit with a sense of curiosity and empathy.
5. Ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Watches & Jewellery sector.
